This position focuses on providing direct and indirect Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to a child with autism within their home, daycare, and/or community environment.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a positive impact, possess strong clinical skills, and be a collaborative team player.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS) to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of evidence-based ABA programs, including skill acquisition (communication, social skills, daily living skills, academic readiness) and behavior reduction strategies.
  • Provide direct modeling techniques for RBTs/BTs and caregivers.
  • Train, supervise, and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) on program implementation, data collection, and ethical practices.
  • Provide ongoing parent/caregiver training and support to facilitate generalization of skills and consistent implementation of strategies within the home.
  • Analyze and interpret data and session notes regularly to make data-driven decisions and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Write comprehensive session notes and maintain accurate client records in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with families, other professionals (e.g., therapists, educators), and the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications/desired skills:

  • Current certification from Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) BCBA/BCaBA in good standing.
  • Master's degree for BCBA / Bachelor's degree for BCaBA.
  • Newly certified BCBAs/BCaBAs welcome.
  • Experienced individuals are offered more competitive salary (competitive compensation based on experience).
  • Demonstrated experience conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising RBTs/BTs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to provide in-home services--50%
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
