Social Media Coordinator

• Content & Community
◦ Plan, draft, and publish a weekly social calendar for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn,
and X.

◦ Turn program moments and family/student success (with permissions) into short-
form videos, posts, and stories.

◦ Engage daily with comments/DMs; escalate sensitive conversations appropriately.
◦ Maintain brand voice and accessibility standards; protect youth privacy and
permissions at all times.

• PR & Partnerships
◦ Build and maintain targeted media lists (education, parenting, youth development,
equity/nonprofit).

◦ Draft press releases, media pitches, founder thought-leadership bios, and op-ed
outlines.
◦ Track coverage; organize speaking/podcast opportunities and partner cross-posts.
• Insights & Optimization
◦ Monitor analytics, compile monthly dashboards, and recommend experiments (A/
B tests, hooks, thumbnails, posting cadences).
◦ Conduct social listening on relevant topics (executive function, creative problem
solving, study skills, education equity) to surface content ideas.
◦ Maintain an asset library (b-roll, templates, quotes) and a style/voice guide.
