This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

What you’ll do
- Gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge 3D printing technologies and materials in a real-world lab environment
- Support product development leads on a variety of technology innovation projects focused on Loctite 3D printing materials
- Conduct experiments and perform technical procedures to assist in the development and optimization of new formulations
- Collaborate with experienced scientists and engineers to troubleshoot and refine product performance
- Record, organize, and analyze experimental data, preparing updates and presentations to share findings with the team
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of lab processes, documentation, and product development workflows
What makes you a good fit
- A rising junior or rising senior graduating in 2027 or 2028 or rising 2nd year MBA student pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering., Chemistry, Material Engineering, Plastics Engineering or Polymer Science
- Knowledge of basic laboratory techniques and safety protocols to ensure proper handling of materials and equipment in a lab environment
- Strong communication skills for presenting technical data, collaborating with team members, and effectively sharing findings
- Attention to detail and the ability to document experiments and results accurately, ensuring data integrity and clarity for future analysis

- This internship is eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.
- Henkel’s Summer 2026 internship program starts on May 27th, 2026, and runs through mid-August.
- Recruitment for our 2026 internships starts in late August 2025 and runs through early March 2026 or until all our positions are filled.

The salary for this role is $22-$27/hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
