Position Summary:
We’re looking for a driven and personable Florida Based Sales Representative to grow our client base by promoting and selling UKG Ready Payroll, Timekeeping, and HR software solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team passionate about helping businesses simplify operations and elevate their employee experience. This position has a base salary and commissions based on sales. This is an incredible opportunity for a driven young individual looking to start their career. 

What You’ll Do:

Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with small to mid-sized businesses

Present UKG Ready software solutions tailored to client needs, including Payroll, Timekeeping, and HR modules

Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and outbound activity

Conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations (training provided)

Collaborate with our onboarding and support teams to ensure smooth client transitions

Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends

What We Provide:
