Nurse (Part-time)

Location: Shirley, Ma - Souza Baranowski Corrections Center. Medication for Opiod Use Disorder Program

Schedule: Part-time 24 hours per week. 5:00am-1:00pm. Rotating weekends Saturday- Sunday included.

Pay rate: $38.00-$42.00/hour. Weekend differential $10.00/ hour. Shift differential $2.00/ hour

Qualifications:

• Valid MA nursing license from accredited school required, LPN or RN
• Must have current CPR certification
• Experience in substance abuse/mental health field or an acute care inpatient healthcare environment preferred.
• DOC experience preferred

The Nurse is responsible for:

• Administering medication to incarcerated patients who are enrolled in the Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT) Program
• Triaging patients referred to treatment for Opioid Use and/or Alcohol Use Disorder
• Control, counting and administer medication in accordance with state and federal standards and regulation.
