Engineer Senior – Testing sought by Schaeffler Transmission Systems, LLC in Wooster, OH to conduct activities rqd for validation & verification, products & contained system, mech’l, E/E or softwr elements. Rqts: Bach deg or frgn equiv in Mech’l Engg, Auto Engg or rel + 5 yrs exp in job offered  or rel. Must have 5 yrs exp w/: Auto Testing V&V; Conducting risk analysis of auto prdct; Dvlpg DVP; Dvlpg & implementing test plans & procedures to support Product Dvlpt, Mftrg, & customer rqts; Dvlpg new tests, writing test procedures & dvlpg test specs; E-axles (e-mobility) & drive train components; Designing & dvlpg test rig/fixtures to execute testing plan; Using problem solving tools incl 5 Why, Fishbone & FMEA; Coordinating w/ cross functional team (internal & external) to prepare & execute testing; & using data analysis tools incl Famos. In the alternative, employer will accept a Master’s deg + 2 yrs exp. Up to 5% travel to various & unanticipated Schaeffler locations & client sites throughout the U.S. Telecommuting permitted 2 days/wk.
