Job Title: Registered Dietician

Reports to: Director of Clinical Nutrition

Duties/Responsibilities

Coordinate nutritional services for residents

Complete and document nutrition assessments

Participate in the resident care planning process

Provide nutritional education and counseling to residents and families

Requirements/Qualifications:

New York State Registered Dietician

Rehab experience is a plus!

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent Customer Service skills
