Join us this summer at Seneca Hills Bible Camp for a life-changing experience—for both you and the campers! As a Camp Counselor, you’ll play a vital role in shaping young lives through faith, fun, and meaningful relationships. From sunrise devotionals to evening campfires, you'll walk alongside campers in a setting that’s full of adventure, growth, and spiritual purpose.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Living Life with Campers: Stay in a cabin with a group of campers, providing guidance, encouragement, and safety during their time at camp.
Spiritual Leadership: Be a Christ-centered role model—leading devotions, sparking conversations about faith, and helping campers explore a deeper relationship with Jesus.
Activity Facilitation: Help lead daily programming, whether it’s a game on the field, a craft project, archery, swimming, or camp-wide evening events.
Team-Oriented Service: Work closely with a supportive staff team to create a smooth, welcoming, and fun camp experience for everyone.
Positive Discipline: Address camper behavior with grace, clarity, and care, always aiming to encourage personal growth.
Camper Support: Assist with daily routines like meals, hygiene, and getting to activities—making campers feel seen, supported, and cared for.
Who We’re Looking For:
At least 18 years old by the start of the summer.
A growing and personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Someone who loves working with kids and has a heart for ministry.
Flexible, dependable, and ready to dive into the unpredictability of camp life.
Prior experience in youth ministry, camp settings, or childcare is great—but not required. Willingness to learn is key!
