Baker / Production Associate
Bethlehem, PA | $18/hr | Temp-to-Hire | On Bus Route


We’re looking for full-time Baker/Production Associates to join a small commercial bakery in Bethlehem. If you like working with food in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit!


What you’ll be doing:
Measuring and weighing ingredients
Rolling dough and prepping batches
Monitoring ovens and keeping things on schedule
Helping with bakery production and daily tasks
Lifting ingredients/supplies (up to 50 lbs)
 

What we’re looking for:
Some food handling, bakery, or restaurant experience
Culinary/bakery background is a plus (but not required)
Reliable, hard-working, and ready to learn
 

Perks:
$18/hr starting pay
Monday–Friday, day shift (no late nights!)
Temp-to-hire opportunity
Bus route accessible
