CNA/Med Tech
Aldersgate is looking for full-time CNAs and Med Techs to join our team supporting residents receiving healthcare support in our Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing facilities. These positions will perform routine resident care and maintain resident records through our EMR system.
What you'll do:
- Perform routine resident care tasks such as bathing, dressing, toilet care, turning, transferring and more
- Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding resident changes, concerns, safety-factors, or any other related information
- Participates in restorative plan of care as necessary
- Accompany or transport residents to beauty shop or other programming
- Perform any other duties as assigned by a designated supervisor
What you'll need:
- Current CNA certification on the NC Registry
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up 50lbs
- Ability to work with and operate wheelchairs, bed scales, Hoyer lifts, walkers, and any other necessary equipment
