Soldering Technician

Through-Hole and SMT soldering (80% minimum)

Other Responsibilities include (20%):
     Pulling parts for the build

     Rework of PCB assemblies

     Install wires and terminals onPCBs

     Remove & Apply conformal coating and epoxies as required

     Ability to identify different surface mount components

     Read, interpret and follow assembly work instructions, drawings and bill of materials

     Follow written and verbal instructions

Tools Used:  Soldering Iron, Microscope, Hot Air Gun, Bottom Side Heater to remove, install, align and straighten parts, crimpers, wire stripper, solder sucker and other various hand tools.
