ACE is looking for motivated, curious, and driven Fall Project Engineer Interns who want real, hands-on experience on active construction sites. This is not a desk-only internship — you’ll be in the field learning how major infrastructure projects come together, supported by a team that invests in your growth.

What You’ll Do
Work on a live project site supporting the Project Manager and Superintendent while learning how projects move from planning to completion. You’ll collaborate with experienced construction professionals and help solve real challenges on site at water and wastewater facilities.

Key Learning Areas

Estimating
• Learn how construction estimates are built
• Assist with quantity takeoffs and cost breakdowns

Pre-Construction
• Help prepare projects for kickoff and mobilization
• Assist with submittals, purchase orders, and subcontract setup

Project Management
• Support daily project tracking and reporting
• Learn scheduling, cost control, and change orders
• Work closely with teammates, vendors, and subcontractors

• Interest in construction, engineering, or infrastructure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Organized, motivated, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working on active job sites

Schedule
• Monday – Friday
• 8-hour shifts
• No nights or weekends
