Associate Product Manager - Partner Platform
Summary
The Associate Product Manager is responsible for building and evolving our Supplier Oasis platform—the hub where partners onboard, submit SKUs, manage catalogs, manage costs, action open tasks, receive feedback and track performance. You’ll blend UX/instructional design with product thinking and applied AI (LLMs/CV) to make complex workflows clear, compliant, and fast for partners while improving internal efficiency.
Job Description
- Translate business goals and partner feedback into PRDs, user stories, and lightweight roadmaps.
- Serve as product owner: maintain a prioritized product backlog; write user stories with ACs; uphold Definition of Ready/Done.
- Run Agile ceremonies: lead/manage refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, reviews/demos, and retros; track velocity and remove blockers with Engineering.
- Coordinate releases: manage feature flags, staged rollouts, partner communications, and change logs; ensure smooth handoffs to Support and Partner Success.
- AI for partner workflows: scope LLM copilots for onboarding/policy Q&A, automated SKU checks (taxonomy/attribute validation), CV-based image/compliance review, and RPA-triggered remediation.
- Design and optimize partner flows: onboarding and approvals, SKU submission, taxonomy/attribute validation, image/compliance checks, and catalog health.
- Create in-product education: UX copy, tooltips, walkthroughs, help-center articles, and short guides to reduce errors and tickets.
- Define success metrics (e.g., time-to-onboard, first-SKU time, error rates, submission pass-through, partner NPS, support deflection) and run experiments to improve them.
- Build adoption/quality dashboards using GA4 and BigQuery; query data (SQL) to size opportunities, monitor SLA adherence, and measure impact.
- Partner with Development, Design, Data, Merchandising, Compliance/Legal, and Partner Management; keep crisp documentation and clear decision logs.
- Collaborate on platform integrations (APIs/EDI), role-based permissions, audit trails, and accessibility (WCAG) and localization best practices.
