Photographer and Photo Assistant

At Legends Sports Photography, we specialize in capturing timeless portraits of young athletes, creating lasting memories for families through professional sports photography. We are passionate about delivering high-quality portrait sessions in a fun and welcoming environment.

Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic photographers and photo assistants to join our team, focused solely on portrait sessions at youth sports events. You’ll work closely with kids and families to capture their best moments in posed, studio-style settings (on-site or outdoors). Our work is seasonal, aligned with the school year, with most sessions scheduled on Saturdays and some weeknight availability required.

Responsibilities:

Conduct youth sports portrait sessions

Set up and manage photography equipment and backdrops

Assist with lighting and posing of subjects

Upload and perform basic edits on photos

Provide excellent customer service to families and participants

Qualifications:

Experience in portrait photography preferred but not required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Comfortable working with children and families

Flexible availability to work primarily Saturdays and some weeknights during sports seasons

Detail-oriented with a focus on producing quality images
