Office Assistant, College of Business Administration
Position Type: Federal Work Study Only
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Assist Director in the following areas as needed:
General office:
- Filing, inventory.
- Schedule meetings.
- Follow up calls.
- Order supplies.
- Interface with vendors and other departments.
Marketing:
- Create and distribute event flyers and notices.
- Develop and maintain contact lists (excel) (Rsvpify).
- Assist in planning and implementation of Annual Speaker Series.
- Assist with planning and facilitating on campus student events.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Sophomore or higher – CBA.
- Proficient in writing and speaking English.
- Proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word.
- Familiar with social media postings.
- Personable and professional.
- Highly organized.
Preferred:
- Experienced in providing office support.
- Experienced in event planning.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong work ethic.
- Self starter.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Excels at multi-tasking.
Anticipated Schedule:
