The Ministry Discovery Program Intern will experience the holistic ministry and mission of The Salvation Army.

This internship is a church leadership position, which exists to develop individuals in preparation for full-time ministry (within our denomination or otherwise). The intern will work with the Corps Officer (pastor) to learn and experience involvement with and leadership of the daily and weekly responsibilities and programming of a Salvation Army corps (church).

Must be a Christian with the intent of entering ministry. This individual must be of good character and maturity. Three to four years of college or three to four years in full-time non-Salvation Army ministry preferred. Should agree with and uphold the Doctrines of The Salvation Army. Must have a valid driver’s license. Flexibility in work hours and job responsibilities is a must.
