Talent Acquisition Internship - Summer 2026

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will assist the Field TA team hiring for stores, and gain exposure to nearly every facet of recruitment! You'll also get to work alongside the Operations team in assisting with hard-to-fill field positions, application & resume review, conduct phone screens, and continue to develop a strong recruitment strategy for our stores. Other responsibilities may include researching and participating in outreach opportunities, conducting weekly new team member orientation, and performing market research. You will also have the opportunity to post on social media and our Casey's Careers Instagram Page, as well as our LinkedIn Career Page.

Internships are onsite at our Store Support Center in Ankeny, Iowa, where you'll volunteer within our community, attend social outings, learn from our senior leadership team, and make some pizzas, of course!

Requirements:

  • Current Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field. 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment
