Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an End User Support Specialist, located in Winter Park, FL. The End User Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for desktop computers, computer hardware, and printers. Responsibilities also include setting up and maintaining computer systems and ensuring clients receive prompt and effective support for their technical issues.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware
- Proficiency in handling Printers
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- 1-2 Years of experience in a similar role or IT-related field
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
