About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized Part-Time Operations Assistant to help keep our fast-moving team running smoothly. Whether it’s managing supplies, scheduling meetings, or ensuring new team members have what they need on Day 1, you’ll be a key player in the day-to-day functioning of our mission-driven office.

🧩 What You’ll Tackle

Provide general administrative support to team members and leadership

Track and manage office inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination

Assist with meeting scheduling, document preparation, and file organization

Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires

Support team events and internal communications

Maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming office environment

Occasionally assist with light equipment or supply movement (up to ~15 lbs)

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent (Grade 12 minimum)

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Self-starter mindset with attention to detail

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Reliable, proactive, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced team
