What You’ll Do
Working on government workforce solutions, you will partner with senior advisers to:
- Build deep client relationships that influence leaders and teams to align and act
- Decipher federal, state and local government agencies’ greatest workplace needs
- Transform government agencies with the power of CliftonStrengths® — empower employees to understand their natural talents and develop them into strengths to maximize performance
- Identify data-driven insights about your client organizations
- Translate insights into action for your clients
- Position and design sustainable solutions for enhancing employee engagement, productivity, growth and business impact
- Organize and orchestrate detailed change management programs and high-quality deliverables
- Collaborate to develop, present and facilitate executive sessions

What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree by May 2026 required
- Availability to start working full time in June 2026 required — apply early for priority consideration
- At least one year of experience in project management, client management, business development, fundraising or recruitment, and/or entrepreneurial efforts in school, volunteering, internships or professional work required
- Demonstrated leadership experience and outstanding performance in education, volunteer activities or professional work required
- A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Washington, D.C., office at least four days a week required
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

Gallup offers a robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and other insurance options; a fully vested 401(k) retirement savings plan with company matching; an employee stock ownership program; mass transit reimbursement; family-building benefits; an employee assistance program; and various reimbursements and activities that enhance our associates’ wellbeing. We also offer an estimated annual salary range of $70,000-$80,000 for this role. Salaries are based on a variety of factors, including an individual’s education, experience and skills. Certain roles are also eligible for bonuses.
