Hawaii Poke in Eau Claire, WI is looking for awesome crew member to join our team at one or both of our locations. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, dedicated, and reliable.

Hawaii Poke Bowl provides a fast paced and fun working environment for both experienced workers and those who are fresh off the block. Our kitchen staff are provided fresh ingredients and will be using the traditional Hawaiian technique of poke, slicing fish, and other ingredients to prepare them for our team out front.   • Must be able to work minimum 2-3 shifts per week both morning or evening.
  • At least 1 year restaurant experience and 1 year customer service is recommended.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and cleanliness to ensure exemplary presentation of food and food prep areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour with (tips adding an additional $2/3 per hour) additional opportunities to grow in the company

Work Location: Two locations

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise staff, delegate and supervise daily operations.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations staff to ensure consistent quality.
  • Follow operational policies and procedures, ensure handling of waste and refuse disposal and prevent theft or damage of property or money.
  • Manage inventory by issuing, receiving and storing merchandise .
  • Maintain restaurant space by ensuring cleanliness and proper tablesetting .
  • Ensure staff adheres to quality standards, food safety regulations and proper behavior.
  • Ensure products are presented correctly in a cost-efficient manner..
  • Handle customer complaints to resolve issues satisfactorily.
  • Assist in hiring process of new staff by conducting interviews and recommending candidates for promotion.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and serve as the first point of contact in emergencies.
