Automation Project Support Analyst

We will be filling this position as either a Staff Services Analyst (SSA) or an Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA).
SSA:
Under supervision of the Business Integration Unit Manager, participates in and makes recommendations by completing a broad range of analytical tasks relating to all phases of the Disability Insurance (DI) Branch project's planning, design, development, testing, training, implementation processes, and system support. Works closely with the Technology Integration Unit (TIU), DI, and Information Technology (IT) Branch staff to enhance programs for continued efficiency, innovation, and to improve the customer experience. Will participate in user testing, program data analysis, and creating business rules.
AGPA:
Under direction of the Business Integration Unit Manager, leads and makes recommendations in specific areas of focus and participates in and completes a broad range of analytical tasks relating to all phases of the Disability Insurance (DI) Branch project's planning. Participates in focus groups with DI Branch stakeholders and participates in joint application development sessions to refine business requirements for the DI Branch automated systems. Will participate and be subject matter experts for system interfaces, program integrity, business rules and testing. Independently develops, interprets, and analyzes processes and recommends changes to existing DI programs. Works closely with the Technology Integration Unit (TIU), DI, and Information Technology (IT) Branch staff to enhance programs for continued efficiency, innovation, and to improve the customer experience.
