Adapt lessons to each learner’s age, interests, and coding experience — from complete beginners to more advanced students
Create a supportive, inclusive, and fun learning environment that helps kids love learning
Communicate with families to set goals, share progress, and celebrate wins
We recommend committing to at least 5 hours of teaching per week, with flexibility to set your own schedule
What We’re Looking For
Experience working with kids (tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or camps)
Knowledge of coding fundamentals; familiarity with platforms like Scratch, Roblox Studio, Code.org,, or similar tools
Strong communication and creativity to keep sessions engaging for young learners
Reliable internet connection, laptop/desktop computer, and Zoom installed
