Job Description
This 10-week internship program, beginning in June, offers a set hourly rate of $33.00 an hour.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
As an intern in our Finance department, you will gain hands-on experience by interacting with industry leaders, while learning how financial modeling and analytics drive business decisions. Our dynamic internship program provides an opportunity to join teams across the Finance organization.
Examples of intern tasks and projects include:
- Contributing to analyses in making financial, loan acquisitions, or other business decisions.
- Participating in audits of financial records, operating procedures, and internal controls for assigned business units.
- Gathering data to prepare analyses, reports, and schedules to communicate with management and stakeholders.
- Assisting in coordinating the development and monitoring of key risk indicators

There are 10 openings for this position which can be based in either our Washington, DC (Midtown Center) or Reston, VA (Reston Town Center) offices.
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Qualifications
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Academic Achievement (preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher)
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date of Spring 2027
- Finance, Economics, Business, and Information Systems majors are preferred
- Strong analytical background
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to contribute to a team atmosphere
- Self-starter, strong business acumen, and results focused
- Superior communication skills, both oral and written
- Fluency and aptitude with technology applications
- Proficiency with Microsoft products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CoPilot Studio, and SharePoint.
