Analyst Position Responsibilities/Opportunities:
Start Date = Fall 2026
Analysts are responsible for performing a broad range of research and analyses – financial, economic, and market – under the supervision of associates and partners of the firm. With experience, analysts take on more responsibility for structuring analyses, and assisting with client presentations and business development efforts.
NorthBridge is a meritocracy – motivation and performance are rewarded through greater responsibility and increased compensation. The NorthBridge analyst program is structured as an initial two year period, after which analysts are considered for promotion to Senior Analyst. The NorthBridge analyst program provides valuable skills and work experience and has historically been a gateway for analysts to other careers in the finance/energy/renewables space or to attend the world’s top graduate schools.
Qualifications:
Analyst candidates should be self-starting and highly motivated individuals with exceptional intellectual, mathematical, and analytical skills. A demonstrated ability to work effectively, both as part of a team and individually, in an unstructured environment is required. Candidates should have strong computer skills and proficiency with spreadsheet applications. Undergraduate coursework in quantitative fields of study is strongly preferred. The analyst position is open to U.S. citizens and permanent residents.
