Position Overview
We are seeking energetic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Ice Cream Scoopers. This is a part-time position with daytime availability required. Perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a positive attitude to every shift.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.

Scoop and serve ice cream, toppings, and other menu items with accuracy and care.

Handle cash and operate the register/POS system.

Maintain cleanliness of the shop, including counters, tables, equipment, and restrooms.

Restock supplies as needed throughout the day.

Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment.

Work collaboratively with team members to keep the shop running smoothly.

Qualifications

Daytime availability (weekdays and/or weekends).

Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Reliable and punctual.

Food service or retail experience preferred, but not required (we’ll train the right person!).
