Goodmiles Running Company in Brookfield, WI is looking for a full-time Assistant Store Manager to join our team and create the best running shoe fitting experience in Wisconsin! with weekday, daytime hours. If you're passionate about running, walking, or an active lifestyle, we want you to help our customers find the perfect gear to meet their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:

Customer Experience: Help customers find the perfect shoe using our Volumental foot scanner and expert fitting techniques.

Store Operations: Keep the store organized, restock products, maintain displays, and handle daily tasks like light cleaning.

Community Outreach: Represent Goodmiles at local expos and partner with gyms and running clubs to strengthen our presence in Brookfield.

Team Leadership: Coach and motivate a team of Fit Specialists to meet sales targets and create a welcoming environment for customers.

Qualifications:

• Active Lifestyle: A passion for fitness, running, walking, or athletics.
• Sales Ability: Retail experience is a plus, but not required.
• Empower Team Success: Lead with positivity, support, and a collaborative mindset.
• Customer-Focused: Excellent communication skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using point-of-sale systems.

Benefits:

• Competitive pay: Base + commission + bonuses, approximately $16-$20+ per hour.
• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) with flexible shifts (day, evening, weekend) and no work on major holidays.
