Taro is a YC-backed startup reinventing how Software Engineers navigate their careers. Founded in 2022, we now have 100,000 engineers engaged on our EdTech platform, delivering insights from tech leads and VPs at top tech companies. Now, we're creating the best place for top engineers to find their next opportunity. We're seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our lean team (5 people) in Palo Alto to accelerate our mission.

Role
We are looking for hard-working graduates to join our small but growing team. We work in person from our Palo Alto office 3 to 4 times/week. What we look for:

- You're located in the Bay Area or open to relocating

Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact with the client company, often working directly with the founder or hiring manager.
- You will screen and select quality candidates for placement in various positions (typically Software Engineering positions)
- You'll use various tools to identify and source candidates – tools in-house or 3rd party tools as well.
- You'll provide feedback on processes and help us continually improve how we work.
You are likely not a good fit at Taro if you:
- Want to smoke, drink, or party in the workplace
- Want to do things your own way
- Are unreceptive to feedback
- You feel uncomfortable with very little test coverage
Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000 Annually + Benefits + Bonuses
