Commercial Real Estate Intern

Company Overview
We are a Los Angeles–based commercial real estate appraisal and brokerage firm specializing in multifamily, industrial, and mixed-use properties. We work with lenders, investors, and property owners throughout Southern California, providing valuation, market analysis, and brokerage services.

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated intern with strong research, analytical, and organizational skills to support our appraisal and brokerage team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to commercial real estate, including data analysis, property inspections, and market research.

Key Responsibilities

Research property records using tools such as LA County Assessor, RealQuest, CoStar, CRMLS, and other databases

Assist with comparable sales, rental, and market trend analysis

Support in preparing appraisal reports and offering memoranda

Help maintain CRM records and organize property files

Participate in property inspections and client meetings (as available)

Contribute to workflow automation and marketing projects (as needed)

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with data research a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication

Detail-oriented and able to work independently with deadlines

Interest in commercial real estate and property valuation

Location: City of Industry, CA (hybrid – mix of remote and in-office work)

Schedule: Flexible, approx. 10–20 hours per week

Compensation: Paid internship (hourly) or academic credit, depending on requirements

Duration: 3–6 months, with potential to extend or transition into a full-time role
