Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and refine prompts to ensure reliable and contextually accurate outputs from AI tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand business needs and translate them into effective AI-driven workflows.
- Continuously improve prompt strategies through experimentation, feedback, and performance analysis.
- Document prompt patterns, templates, and best practices to support scalable AI solutions.
- Monitor results for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company and client standards.
- Stay current on advances in AI, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering practices.
- Partner with software engineers and analysts to integrate prompts into applications, automations, and client-facing solutions.
Qualifications
Required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative mindset.
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to experiment systematically, test hypotheses, and refine results.
- Comfort with technology tools, data, and structured workflows.
- Interest in AI, machine learning, or natural language processing.
Preferred
- Experience using or fine-tuning large language models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA).
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for testing and workflow integration.
- Background in linguistics, computer science, communications, or related fields.
- Previous work in customer service automation, content generation, or AI application development.
- Ability to explain AI outputs and limitations to non-technical stakeholders.
