Community Association Management Trainee

Position Overview: This position is designed to develop the team member to move onto managing residential properties. After initial training period this position may include some ability to work remotely. Once training period is complete applicants can expect an increase in salary.

Position Duties/Responsibilities: This position has a significant training period during which time a Community Association Management (CAM) license will be obtained. The position is designed to help the employee develop an understanding in community management working with condominium and homeowner associations. There is extensive contact with directors of condominium boards and homeowner associations by telephone, email and in person.

Position Requirements: Applicants should have good communication skills, work ethic and team player mentality. Dress code is business or business casual depending on meeting requirements for the day. 

Position Qualifications: Applicants should be proficient in typing and have experience with excel. Previous use of Microsoft Office is beneficial but not required.
