Location:LOS ANGELES 90040
Responsibilities:
Verify and correct warehouse workers’ daily working hours to ensure data accuracy;
Perform scheduling and shift adjustments in the system in a timely manner;
Enter and maintain labor hours and scheduling data to keep records up to date;
Use Excel to organize, summarize, and perform basic analysis of operational data;
Assist with other data entry and clerical tasks related to warehouse operations;
Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and management to resolve data issues promptly.
Requirements:
High school diploma or above; background in logistics, administration, or related fields preferred;
Proficient in Excel and other office software with strong data entry skills;
Familiarity with warehouse operations or experience in logistics is a plus;
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain high data accuracy under time constraints;
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
