Product Management Summer Intern
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join Trinity Life Sciences as an Intern on our Product Strategy team. In this role, the intern will assist in developing and implementing state-of-the-art applications for our clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. Interns will work closely with our team of product managers, software engineers and data scientists to research, design, and implement cutting-edge products that are transforming the life sciences industry, including through the incorporation of Generative AI (GenAI) into user workflows in novel ways.

Interns develop their skills through undergoing extensive formal and informal training, as well as receiving mentorship that encourages them to stretch their skills in a real-world setting. This is a 9-week internship program based out of either Trinity’s headquarters in Waltham, MA or Trinity’s office in New York, NY – interns will be required to work in a hybrid work model, coming into the office about 2-3 days per week. The dates for the program run from mid June – mid August, 2026.
Position Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively and iteratively with Engineering, Data Science, and Design to design, validate, build, and launch new products/features that add value to users
Ask the right questions to inform discovery/innovation and help determine if/how to design new features that are aligned with user needs
Translate business needs into detailed product requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
Support roadmap, release, and sprint planning to accurate plan for aligning product feature builds and business needs
Track metrics/ratings around the user experience and engagement/adoption, pulling out ideas for new features
Support the training and education of internal and client users on product features and releases
Position Requirements:
Candidates should be enrolled in a graduate program in a related field with 1 year left in their studies
Prior work experience of 1 to 3 years in product management, consulting, banking, or another business / technical role is desired
