
Organizational Development Intern (Summer 2026)

As an Organizational Development Intern at DriveTime Family of Brands, you’ll gain hands-on experience in building and delivering impactful learning programs that drive engagement and employee growth. You’ll work alongside our Organizational Development team to create engaging content, facilitate learning sessions, and contribute to initiatives that enhance workplace culture and professional development.
The Organizational Development Intern will assist in:
- Develop and design training materials, presentations, and digital content for leadership and employee development programs.
- Assist in the facilitation of workshops, training sessions, and other learning initiatives.
- Conduct research and analyze trends in organizational development, employee engagement, and learning strategies.
- Support the team in measuring the effectiveness of training programs through feedback collection and data analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure learning resources align with company goals and culture.
- Assist in maintaining and updating learning platforms and resources.
- Participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions to enhance learning and development initiatives.

The Specifics:
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s with a graduation date of December 2026 – May 2027
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in content creation, such as e-learning modules, videos, graphics, presentations, or written materials.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to present to groups and engage audiences.
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging and effective training design.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Suite, or e-learning software (Articulate, Captivate, etc.) is a plus.
- You have a GPA of 3.5 or higher
- Our internship program will be 11 weeks starting May 2026 to August 2026
- You can expect a regular on-site schedule Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
- Relocation not provided for internship (Internship will be based out of our Tempe, AZ Home Office)
