As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the connection point between our company and our customers, supporting them primarily through email and customer portals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed work, problem-solving, and learning the ins and outs of how a business runs.
What You’ll Do:
- Enter and process customer orders with accuracy.
- Provide commitment dates and updates to customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues.
- Upload and manage documents through customer portals.
- Coordinate shipping details with carriers arranged by customers.
- Follow up on orders to ensure smooth delivery.
- Process invoices and maintain accurate records.
