Customer Service and Warehouse Associate

PUSHEEN SHOP CUSTOMER SERVICE & WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

JOB SUMMARY Join our team at Pusheen Corp., a growing creative company! We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive team member to support both customer service and warehouse operations for the Pusheen Shop.  This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, staying organized, and delivering excellent customer experiences while also helping to maintain efficient warehouse processes. 

Customer Service Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and high-quality customer communication and support via email and other platforms.
  • Escalate customer or product concerns promptly to the direct Supervisor.
  • Manage the customer returns process, including accurate review and reconciliation of returned inventory.
  • Track and summarize customer service issues with clear, actionable takeaways.
  • Offer historical insights into recurring product or customer service concerns and recommend improvements to customer care strategy.

Warehouse Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate daily physical inventory counts; identify and communicate variances and root causes.
  • Track incoming shipments and update purchase order tracking spreadsheets daily, flagging any invoicing discrepancies.
  • Review all incoming inventory for accuracy, product quality, and packing issues; report and assist in resolving any discrepancies.
  • Complete inventory audits and assist in receiving, unboxing, spot inspections, organizing and shelving of merchandise.
  • Collaborate on warehouse layout and space utilization plans; ensure ongoing upkeep of bin locations.
  • Develop and submit reports analyzing both warehouse and customer service operations.
  • Identify damaged or expired products and escalate appropriately.
  • Co-manage weekly inventory archiving process with E-commerce Manager.
  • Research and propose process improvements to warehouse operations.
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders to meet quality and delivery standards as needed.
  • Handle, restock, and move inventory between warehouse locations as needed.
  • Create shipping and return labels; resolve any shipping issues or errors.
  • Assist with outbound shipments, including carrier pickups (USPS, FedEx, etc.), maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
  • Attend team meetings and participate in ad hoc discussions as required.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support safe and efficient warehouse operations.
  • Actively contribute as a team player within the department and company and perform additional duties as needed.
