Collections Agent

Northern Plains Laboratory is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collections Agent to join our growing team. The Collections Agent will be responsible for managing and resolving outstanding laboratory accounts, ensuring timely payment for services rendered, and maintaining positive relationships with patients and third-party payers. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving and negotiation skills, and a thorough understanding of debt collection laws and regulations. 

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a medical facility, clinic setting, collections, or other related business demonstrating required skills. Preferred candidates will have a minimum of a 2 year business degree.
