Position Overview
The Associate Director of Digital Marketing will guide our agency’s digital vision—leading a team to deliver best-in-class campaigns. This individual will shape integrated strategies, manage budgets, analyze performance and mentor team members, all while keeping a sharp eye on trends and innovation. The ideal candidate is both a big-picture thinker and detail-oriented executor to develop talent, drive measurable results and build a strong presence online for our clients.
Objectives of this Role
- Lead digital and social strategies for multiple clients that increases engagement, conversions and overall brand presence.
- Ensure creative excellence and consistency across platforms while meeting clients’ business goals.
- Stay ahead of digital and social media trends, bringing fresh ideas that align with target audiences.
- Manage analytics and metrics to gauge success and adjust strategies in real time.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, external partners and internal teams.
- Champion the seamless integration of PR and digital efforts to deliver unified campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and grow the digital team, fostering collaboration, curiosity and professional growth.
- Oversee campaign strategy and execution across paid, owned and earned channels.
- Manage digital client budgets with a focus on ROI, efficiency and long-term growth.
- Conduct bi-annual internal training sessions to upskill the agency on digital trends and tools.
- Write, review and guide the creation of compelling content across channels.
- Leverage analytics platforms to track KPIs, translate data into insights and optimize performance.
- Contribute to new business development through proposals, pitches, and client strategy sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing campaigns that drive measurable engagement and conversions.
- Strong understanding of paid media, social strategy, influencer marketing, and content development.
- Proficiency in social platforms like TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, analytics tools like Meta and other platforms like Later and Canva.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative eye and sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
