Position Overview

This is a groundbreaking opportunity for an analytically-minded young marketer to learn the cutting-edge skills of database marketing and personalization. You will work on real client projects, building hyper-targeted marketing campaigns that bridge the gap between physical direct mail and dynamic digital experiences. You'll be trained to use powerful data APIs and AI tools as your analytical assistants to craft conversion-optimized campaigns for conscious consumers and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Brands.

Campaign Personalization Strategy:

  • Develop the "if-then" personalization logic for Variable Data Printing (VDP) projects based on our "Personalization Rulebook."
  • Map data fields from mailing lists to specific variable elements in postcards, catalogs, and letters.
  • Collaborate directly with the Graphic Designer to ensure the data strategy is executed flawlessly in the final design.

Dynamic Landing Page Implementation:

  • Configure personalized WordPress landing pages using the Breakdance Page Builder's Dynamic Data features.
