Summer Staff Leadership 2026

Our summer staff leadership team is the backbone of our summer team. They are responsible for discipling staff, supporting all aspects of their specific program, and jumping in to serve wherever needed all across camp. Our leadership team seeks to put God first in all they do and serve others as an outflow of their relationship with Jesus. They work closely with our full-time team and have more responsibility than most of our summer staff as they are asked to help lead in their department. Although this team is spread over all of camp, they are at the core of setting staff culture, loving one another as Christ has loved us, and serving first. We have leadership positions in Family Camp, Day Camp, Conferences, Support Staff (working with our international summer staff), Retail, and Activities (our Head Lifeguard).
