Key Responsibilities May Include:

Project Engineers / Project Managers

Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction and engineering activities

Support project documentation, reporting, and budgeting

Communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients

Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Safety Representatives

Promote a strong safety culture on job sites

Conduct inspections, audits, and training sessions

Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards

Investigate and document safety incidents as needed

Electrical Engineers

Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems

Work closely with project teams on utility and infrastructure projects

Review technical drawings and specifications

Assist in troubleshooting and quality assurance processes

Qualifications:

Recent graduate (or upcoming graduate) with a degree in:

Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Interest in infrastructure, utilities, and/or renewable energy industries

Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
