Responsibilities:
Support clerical staff
Act as a receptionist
Distribute mail
Make copies
Organize inventory supplies/materials
Prepare records
Enter data
Manage spreadsheets
Shred documents
Operate various pieces of office equipment
Scan records
Assist in preparing special materials for various departmental programs
Design themes/construct bulletin board for reception area
Other duties as assigned
Up to 24 hours/wk.
