USDA - Office Automation
The Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is the U.S. Department of Agriculture's chief scientific in-house research agency. Their job is finding solutions to agricultural problems that affect Americans every day from field to table.
Major responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to: establishes and maintains a variety of office records and files. Uses office software and equipment. Receives telephone calls, greets visitors, and directs to staff members to appropriate contacts. Arranges travel for staff. Prepares and transmits time and attendance. Handles mail and other deliveries. Other duties as assigned.
Skill in operating computers and various peripherals. Knowledge of software package functions and features.
