What you’ll do
- Creating and testing laundry formulations in a laboratory setting using academic chemistry knowledge.
- Conducting experiments to develop and optimize new product formulas.
- Using laboratory instrumentation to measure physical properties and predict product performance.
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting experimental data to assess formulation effectiveness.
- Translating scientific findings into actionable insights through clear, impactful presentations to management.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
What makes you a good fit
- A current junior or current senior student or master’s / graduate student pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
- Microsoft Excel: Proficient in data analysis, pivot tables, charts, and formula-based modeling
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Project Management: Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks effectively in cross-functional environments
- Collaboration: Team-oriented with experience working in diverse, interdisciplinary groups
- Analytical Thinking: Skilled in interpreting data, identifying trends, and generating actionable insights

- This internship is eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.
- The anticipated start date for this internship is January 2026 and the anticipated end date is August 2026.

The salary for this role is $22-$27. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
