The Valmet RCM group works with large paper producers to keep the spare equipment in original manufacturing shape. Paper machines are 24-7 operations and the spare equipment must be ready to install and ready to perform, when needed. This division of the company works closely with paper producers in a service capacity that is vital to their performance. It is challenging from a technical aspect, a scheduling aspect, and a business aspect.

This group is in need of additional data analytics and this would be the primary function of the co-op student, mainly from a product management view point.

Requirements: Computer skills (Microsoft office package) / ability to grasp processes / enrolled in an engineering discipline (mechanical / industrial / electrical / chemical

Work locations: Aiken, SC / Columbus, MS / Neenah, WI / Clark Summit, PA / Federal Way, WA. Currently, we are also allowing most employees the flexibility of working from home unless needs dictate otherwise ( due to C-19)
