Marketing Intern

North American Properties is seeking a dynamic Marketing Intern to join our fast-paced, innovative marketing team. This is an incredible opportunity to work hands-on, driving real impact across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with exceptional communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The individual will be a core contributor to North American Properties’ continued growth and performance.

Here are the contributions the Marketing Intern will make to our team           

  • Champion brand consistency by ensuring all marketing content aligns with the company’s voice, values, and visual identity across all channels and campaigns.
  • Collaborate on marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing, digital advertising, and content creation that drive engagement and brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive strategies, and audience behaviors, delivering insights that inform our marketing direction.
  • Leverage data-driven insights by monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on marketing campaign performance through advanced analytic tools, helping to optimize future efforts. 
  • Elevate our internal communications by assisting with the company newsletter, sourcing fresh content, formatting editions, and proofreading, while brainstorming innovative ideas to enhance readership. 
  • Provide administrative support by managing content timelines and organizing assets across NAP and its portfolio companies. 
  • Help conceptualize branded swag initiatives. 
  • And more!

Qualifications & Requirements – What you’ll need to be successful                                 

  • Junior or Senior level marketing majors preferred
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
  • Ability to think outside of the box and create creative solutions.
  • Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with all major social media channels
  • Flexible work schedule
  • Willingness to learn on the job and share experiences with other members of the team.
  • Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative suite software is a plus.
