Insurance Intern

Our objective for you as an intern is to develop you professionally. You will gain invaluable job experience and the knowledge of how to navigate the insurance world. At the end of the day, we want you to walk away with a strong resume filled with buzzwords and goals achieved! 

            To break down your time with us, we will be focusing on three areas: Sales, Service and Marketing. Each area will develop a different business ‘muscle’ and will present unique challenges and opportunities. 

Sales: Sales = soliciting insurance

-Telemarketing (Cold calls) to generate new auto policies. 

-Get to know your competition (Geico, Progressive, Allstate, Farmers, Liberty Mutual, Brokers, Hartford, Travelers, AAA) 

-Learning how to close a sale through shadowing and mentoring.

Service: Service = administration 

            -How to navigate our Customer Relationship Management system (ECRM).

            -State Farm Payment Plan (SFPP) 

-New client onboarding (providing a warm welcome).
