Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative—Kegerreis Digital Marketing

In this role, you will work primarily with the Web Team and Leadership, as well as festival and event clients.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities for Customer Service Representative:

  • Respond to client emails and social media messages and research basic support requests.
  • Support festival vendors and patrons during shows.
  • Escalate technical issues that cannot be addressed.
  • Document issues, actions taken, and final resolution.
  • Maintain procedure and frequently asked questions (FAQ) documentation.
  • Answer the main office line, route calls, and record and distribute messages, as needed.

Ideal Qualifications for Customer Service Representative:

  • Ability to read, understand, analyze, and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.
  • Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with technology (computers, mobile devices, etc.)
  • Experience working in the service industry or providing customer support.

Location of Work:

  • Company office is located Danville, VA.
  • Work from home on Saturday and Sunday will be available after the first 90 days

Position Type:

  • Full-time Entry Level Professional Work
  • Work week is Thursday – Monday, weekend hours depending on client festival/show hours
