Customer Service Representative Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be at the heart of our brand, providing stellar customer interactions while promoting our products and services. You’ll be a key player in building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with customers and prospects alike.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Engagement: Interacting with customers, addressing their needs, and presenting product benefits with confidence and charisma.

- Sales Support: Participating in sales activities and following up on customer/sales leads.

- Administrative Assistance: Supporting the team with administrative duties and assisting in sales preparation and reporting.
