PAY RANGE: $19.00 - $23.00
Internship Position for Summer 2026.
Scheduled Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Other hours as required)

Intern Description:
The Physical Security Intern will support the organization’s security operations by assisting with the management and maintenance of physical security systems. This role will involve hands-on experience with access control systems, CCTV monitoring and management, and security assessments. The intern will collaborate with the security team to identify potential vulnerabilities, help implement corrective measures, and contribute to ongoing safety initiatives.
Job tasks include but not limited to:
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining access control and video surveillance systems.
- Participate in security assessments and help document findings.
- Support investigations of physical security incidents as needed.
- Work with the team to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
- Provide recommendations for improving physical security infrastructure.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a university or technical program in one of the following or a related technical field: Security Administration, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required:
- Must be dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented and have excellent organizational and proofreading skills.
- Must possess the ability to work and communicate effectively with other company personnel.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and databases preferred.
- Must be able to handle multiple priorities and operate efficiently and effectively in high stress environment.
